Tab Warfarin is a blood thinning medication which has to be taken lifelong if a mechanical valve is inserted.
The dose of Tab Warfarin has to be adjusted periodically by doing a test known as INR
Tab Warfarin has several life threatening side effects like bleeding and valve thrombosis
